While the shops and homes are under construction, one part of Berry Boulevard is ready right now. Our chicken coop is built, standing, and available immediately to the right poultry operator — on a rent or hire basis.
If you're already in poultry — or want in — the coop is the fastest way to start operating on Berry Boulevard land. It's sized to house more than 10,000 birds, with ventilation, water and access laid out for commercial-scale production, not a backyard setup.
We're open to either arrangement: rent the coop and run your own operation, or hire us to manage the build-out and operations alongside you. Either way, you're feeding into a development that will have its own restaurant, produce market and eventually thousands of resident households as customers on the doorstep.
The structure already stands. There's no waiting on Phase One or Phase Two to start producing.
